Each package contains 4.5 ounces or 127,57 grams of dried hibiscus flowers.
Called many names around the world but hibiscus flowers have been traditionally used to make a drink known as Dableni ("Red lips" in Bambara/Mandinka) in Mali, West Africa. In a large pot of water, this flower is boiled until it reaches a rich ruby red color. Then the liquid is strained and sugar is added as well as some tropical fruit juice like pineapple juice (if desired).
